Chili – NO Beans - Keto Friendly
1 Lb. – Meat
½ - Onion
¼- Bel Pepper
1-Chili Powder Package (1 packet per lb. of meat)
1- can- Tomato (diced or stewed)
1 -can- Tomato Sauce
1 -Tbs- Garlic Powder (or to taste)
1 -tsp -Pepper
½ -tsp- Crushed Red
1. Sauté and Cook Beef: In a large pot add the oil over medium high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic and sauté until almost tender. Cook & lightly season and cook the meat and until brown.
** Use half of the seasoning’s ingredients on meat and other half in the sauce. It’s important to season your meat well because It will season your sauce throughout the simmer process. If you’d like to adjust the seasonings to your taste, well that’s yo Business.
2. Add in Remaining Ingredients: Add in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder & other seasonings.
3. Boil: Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until it starts to thicken and flavors combine about 30 minutes.
